Keto Chorizo Egg Skillet & Turnip Hash
with Roasted Peppers & Ancho Lime Crema
Here's our take on a classic breakfast skillet. For the sausage component, we have chorizo with a medley of roasted bell peppers and onions. The eggs are scrambled then sprinkled with a wonderfully melty Chihuahua cheese. Anchoring the meal is a hash of spiced and roasted diced turnips, which are a delicious alternative to potatoes. Adding some tang and a good dose of creaminess is a topping of ancho chile and lime crema.
