These hefty breakfast skillets make it easy to rise and shine—and they’re keto-friendly to boot! First, a roasted hash of chili and cumin-dusted turnips and peppers lays a flavorful foundation. Over the hash are scrambled eggs and pork sausage crumbles. Green onions and shredded cheddar are sprinkled on top. For a spicy-cool contrast, there’s a chili garlic crema to drizzle on each delicious forkful. The quiche dishes can be enjoyed any time of day, hot or cold. Our keto version replaces the traditional flour crust with an almond flour version. The silky custard base consists of eggs blended with heavy cream, cream cheese, and thyme. The baked filling has Swiss cheese with bacon on top, as well as slowly caramelized onions for savory sweetness. Broccoli is roasted in the rendered bacon fat and served on the side.

HEATING OPTION 1 - MICROWAVE HEATING TIMES MAY VARY; REHEAT CONTENTS TO 165°F.
- Remove outer packaging and pierce plastic film a few times with a fork or sharp knife to vent. Remove cup. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If needed, continue to heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. 3. Let stand for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film. Transfer contents to a plate and enjoy!
