Overnight oats are a breakfast savior for busy mornings. For our version, we soak toasted rolled oats in almond milk and applesauce, along with coconut sugar and puréed dates for sweetness. They’re served with a chunky apple cinnamon compote and candied spiced walnuts for crunch.
