Do I have to commit?
Nope. You can skip your weekly delivery, pause or cancel any time. Just be sure to do so by your cutoff: 11:59 pm PST 5 days before your delivery.
Do I have to cook anything?
None at all. All of our meals are dietitian-approved and chef-prepared so all you have to do is heat, eat, and enjoy.
Can I personalize my meals to suit my lifestyle?
Yes. You choose your Factor meals every week. What’s more, our plans are flexible, so you can switch your meals to suit your current lifestyle.
Will I receive my delivery if I’m not home?
We take steps to accommodate your busy schedule. Delivery times are from 8 am to 8 pm on the day you choose. And if you’re not at home, don’t worry—you can always add special delivery instructions to your account. You can also change your delivery day online if you need to.
How does my food stay fresh?
We carefully handpack all ingredients with special ice packs and insulation, so your meals keep cool—but do not freeze—on their way to you.
What if I have allergies or restrictions?
We make sure to post detailed nutritional information, including allergens, with every one of our meal descriptions. You can find this info online when you choose your meals.
What if I don’t need meals every week?
No worries. You can easily skip a week (or several) when you need to. Just be sure to do so by your cutoff: 11:59 pm PST, 5 days prior to your delivery.
